This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use Low Volume Studio.
What the service does
Low Volume Studio helps creators understand how their public social content performs by connecting to Instagram and TikTok through official platform APIs and generating analytics and insights. We may also provide features that help creators and local businesses discover and match with each other, where businesses can register and creators can opt in.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Instagram, or TikTok.

C) Public comments
We may access public comments on public content only if made available through the platform’s official API. We are committed to data minimization.
- By default, we use comment counts and related metrics.
- If comment text is accessed to generate insights, we aim not to store comment text long term and instead store summaries or labels where feasible.

D) Usage, device, and security data
To operate and secure the service, we collect:
- IP address and approximate location inferred from IP at the city or region level for security and fraud prevention.

- Access or store private messages or DMs.
AI-assisted insights
We generate some text insights using locally hosted language models. We do not provide an API that sends your data to third-party model providers for this feature, and we do not build or train our own foundation models.
Inputs may include public content metadata, engagement metrics, and other platform-provided fields you authorized.
We do not use your connected-account data to train third-party models.

C) Business transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

- You delete your account.
- We must retain limited records longer for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
We may retain aggregated or de-identified analytics longer.
Deletion, account controls, and disconnecting platforms
You can:
- Disconnect Instagram and TikTok access inside the service when available, which stops future API access.
- Delete your account in-app, which triggers deletion of your personal data and stored platform data within a reasonable period.
- Expect deletion to be completed within 30 days of a verified request, unless we must keep limited records for legal or security reasons.
- Email lowvolumestudio@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” if you cannot access in-app deletion.

The service is not intended for minors. You must be 18 or older to use it. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
