Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activities under your account, and providing accurate information.

We may suspend or terminate access to protect the service or if you violate these terms.

Connecting Instagram and TikTok

If you connect your Instagram or TikTok account:

• You authorize us to access data through the platform’s official API authorization flow and only for the permissions you grant.
• You understand data availability depends on the platform and may change.
• We do not post or take actions on your behalf unless we introduce that feature later and you explicitly enable it.
• You agree to comply with Instagram, Meta, and TikTok platform terms and policies when using the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to violate law or third-party rights, bypass security, scrape or harvest data beyond normal functionality, upload malware, reverse engineer where prohibited, misuse platform data, or violate platform policies.

Marketplace and matching

If marketplace or matching features are available, creators and businesses are responsible for their own interactions and agreements. We are not a party to transactions unless explicitly stated otherwise.

AI-assisted insights

The service may provide automated insights. You acknowledge those insights are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate, and you remain responsible for decisions or actions based on them.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display your submitted content only as necessary to operate and provide the service. You represent that you have the rights to submit your content.

Our intellectual property

The service and its underlying software, design, and content are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part without written permission.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We will try to provide notice when reasonable.

Pricing

The service is currently free. If we introduce paid plans later, we will present pricing and terms before any charge.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using the service and delete your account in-app. We may suspend or terminate access if necessary for security, legal, or policy reasons.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed CAD $100, or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months if greater.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use, your content, or your violation of these terms or law.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Courts located in British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
